The following are some of my favorite ways, and ways that are very personal to me that helped me and continue helping me on my journey to be the best version of myself & to stay aligned. The greatest gift I have ever given myself is learning to love myself. When you learn to love yourself and remember who you really are, get ready for a whole new world, for real... you're worth it. ***Of the following, I consistently meditate every morning, do my appreciation journal, & positive affirmations (which is just a fancy way to say talking to yourself positively)...don't you think you deserve all the love you can get?...especially from yourself?

*Tapping (EFT)... look up Brad Yates on YouTube... he has a ton of different categories... this one thing changed the direction of my life in 2012 and helped me on my path to remember who I really am. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or any other negative patterns of thought, I highly recommend trying tapping.

*Meditation.... look up Wayne Dyer (I AM), Abraham Hicks, Andrew Huberman, binaural beats, nsdr, & equisync meditations . My advice is to master meditation and do 10-20 minutes every morning right after waking up or whenever you think you need to... this will change your life. Learn to meditate just on your own too, without doing a guided meditation. I cannot stress enough how important it is to at least meditate every morning when you wake up, and I would also meditate before going to bed also. Focus on your breathing and if your mind starts to wander focus back on no thoughts... meditation is the single most powerful thing you can do daily, and my top choice with an appreciation journal & positive affirmations right there with it. Watch this movie Wayne Dyer made called The Shift. Or buy it here. I have found also that when I do my nightly yin yoga, I naturally go in & out of meditation. Listening to meditations with noise cancelling headphones (or these) is supposed to make them even more powerful.

Life supports me

*Appreciation Journal.... I call mine The Book of Love or my Love Notebook. I have a jumbo notebook and write everyday what I'm thankful for, positive affirmations, and what I want... Always focus on what you want, and don't give focus or attention to what you don't want, except to know what you want. When you are writing or thinking of what you want, hold the feeling of what that feels like for as long as you can, but for at least 16 seconds... it gets even more momentum if you can hold it for over a minute or as long as you can. Make it personal to you. I write in big letters LOVE (with the O being a big heart) and then fill the page with whatever positive things I want that surrounds it. Be present & intentional... a lot of times I will play inspirational music...I love the song Unstoppable or Morning Rampage while doing mine. The following is a sample of mine I do everyday...

all that I have, all that I am, love, peace, passion, purpose, joy, deliberate creation, luxuries, necessities, clean air, healthy yummy food, pure water, knowledge, massage, holding hands with the person I'm in love with, sincere touch, being in the arms of the person I'm in love with, real connection, moments that take my breath away, clarity, laughing so hard I cry, abundance, eagerness, healthy communication, living happily ever after, meditation, freedom, pure happiness, fun, sunsets, sunrises, money, high energy, fun adventures, amazing friends, touching people's lives in positive ways, safety, protection, high vibration, yoga, exercise, my walk, rebounder, my heart singing, coffee, magnesium flakes for baths, beauty, warmth, comfort, being in my highest relationship, relaxation, my heart singing, sincere hugs, natural safe products, amazing experiences, snuggling, organization, appreciation, amazing conversations, living my best life, etc. etc. etc.

*Hypnosis... 15 years ago I had a hypnosis cd specifically made for me to have boy/girl twins... yes, it's true.... I manifested twins, and focused on what I wanted. I could see it happening, feel it happening, and on Fathers Day June 15, 2008, my beautiful babies were born... *Positive Affirmations...the thoughts you think are powerful...keep your thoughts positive, they matter so much. Make a list of the ones that stand out to you...write them down & repeat as often as necessary. When I first started doing these, to make them more powerful, I looked in the mirror as I said them and even tapped as I said them. This is a long one, but very well worth your time... Louise Hay...embracing change. I fall asleep to this one often 101 power thoughts for life. Some of these will stand out to you & will become a natural part of your thoughts... choose affirmations that are general &/or that you don't have any resistance to as the universe doesn't hear what you say, the universe hears what you mean. Listening to affirmations with binaural beats such as this Binaural Beats Affirmations or Binaural Beats Music, is supposed to make them even more powerful with noise cancelling headphones (or these).

Life supports me

What you watch, listen to, and surround yourself matters so much....be very aware. Keep your thoughts positive...if your mind wanders to the negative, change them to positive... the more you do, the easier it will become. And... find the time to dance to your favorite music.
