Although you don't want to overuse sweeteners, here is a list of safe sweeteners...
*Raw Honey (very good for you and lots of minerals, but use sparingly)
*Raw Organic Dates (Barhi Dates are my favorite)
Always make sure you are getting whatever you decide to buy from a good source. To curb a sweet tooth, try eating fermented foods like sauerkraut, kombucha, yogurt, fermented veggies, or adding lemon or lime to your water.
Try and stay away from White Sugar (or adjust your recipes to the bare minimum), Fructose, Erythritol, Xylitol, Maltiol, Sorbitol, Saccharine, Aspartame, NutraSweet, Equal, Sucralose, Splenda, Truvia, Corn Syrup, and any other artificial sweeteners.
These True packets are an awesome option to add to your water to replace unhealthy drinks if you like to have something sweet... Just add stevia &/or monkfruit drops.
